At the Jaipur Blue Pottery Art Centre, you not only get to choose from varied collections of handicrafts and accessories, but also learn about the history and making of this wonderful art. On entering, you will be led to a small workstation, where you are briefed about blue pottery and how the art form came to India all the way from Iran. After this, you get a live demonstration on making articles such as lamps, door knobs etc. The store itself is divided into mezzanine and first floor, and is lined up with handicrafts, mostly in shades of blue. Right from bracelets to coasters or award winning flower pots, this place flaunts an unmatched collection. You could also sign up for the workshops conducted here and learn this beautiful Jaipur art yourself.
