im on ps3 as well but i cant hear the crowd cheering, anyone else getting this? races feel so lame without it

So I just noticed the "cheering" keeps going and going and going through the cutscene when you win the race. That must be some bored audience that they need to constantly cheer even through Praxis' speech and Errol's death.
