After two years, Daxter found Jak in the prison, but he was already dead. Unable to process that, Daxter went a bit crazy, but managed to awaken his hidden precursor powers. He was now able to manipulate objects telekinetically, and developed a great skill to speak imitating what Jak would've sounded like. He imagined people talking to "Jak" in conversations, as if people knew who he was and he was there, no one had the courage to break his little heart.

The Baron Praxis skip might be one of the coolest glitches in Jak 2 Barg did one hell of a job with this mod. I really have no idea how it's all possible.

5:38 Jak DID die, but they don't want to admit that their project is even MORE of a failure (which WE know it ultimately WASN'T) in this version than it was in the original Jak II, so they convinced themselves that he's still alive, and their still experimenting on him.

I missed the beginning of the stream, but I half expected the beginning cutscene to start like they left jak behind in the past becuase he had to use the bathroom and daxter accidentally activated the rift gate and they got flung into jak 2, leaving jak behind in the past

Yo, u can do the blaster tutorial without debug, the key is groundpound move, cus when u groundpound+hold X in this mod and press r1, daxter bring out weapon, but weapon itself shoots in the spot where u last time was on the zoomer. So the first step will be to bring zoomer to the shooting range trough out of bounds (( i used jump near Mar's tomb) u can get too mars tomb similar to any% run) and place it where the one of the cardboard metalheads appear, then dismount the zoomer, so now the weapon will hit the metalhead. The next step is to do a combination of moves with a precision inputs. First u groundpound + hold X near the first metalhead u wanna break, but don't break it yet. While doing this ground pound, after daxter launches up from the ground hold up or down arrow(depending on what weapon u want to use) then, when you land(there must be Jak's standing animation and Daxter must float) , press circle to break the first metalhead and then, right after u break it, press and hold r1 (u dont wanna shoot, just press and hold r1) and after that u quickly groundpound+ hold X (still hold r1) . If done correctly, u should rapid fire the second metalhead and the game will count it. I spent like 1 hour to set up the zoomer and find right move chain.

I've been playing Jak2 very recently using the OpenGOAL launcher and its EXTREMELY laggy. I know its still in beta but was working really nicely yesterday and now its terrible. Hopefully tomorrow will be better?
