Hi once you stop healthy food you gain your weight please have one meal for example I have my rice and curry with salad lunchtime and have light food at night you will stay healthy I don’t understand why you having meal healthy you are having pasta and cuscus eating which has more calories then rice. Just have your rice and curry lunchtime how long are you going to prepare once you stop having healthy meal you will gain honestly I tried this it doesn’t help either you need to be careful once you advising diet. Yes you have lost weight but you look weak. Balancing everything is key to daily life. I like your vlogs just went to share my views on healthy meal.

Sis, I'm not advising anyone. I'm not a nutritionist. I am only sharing my experience, and also, I don't understand how you assumed I'm weak 😒. My meal plans have worked for me and about pasta and couscous it's all in proportion size even with rice. I'm not on a diet, and I eat well and healthy. Also, I am walking on my tredmill, which I will continue even after stopping meal preps. Healthy eating gives you all nutrition and a balanced diet.
