Jak Lingko Card : How to buy and top up with selection (Shelter, Mini Market, ATM, etc)
1 - Buy the card
- go to automatic card machine at busway transjakarta shelter
- press the screen, and select buy card
- machine shows info about no change and printed receipt, press next
- select card type: e-money mandiri, tapcash bni, brizzi bri, with same price IDR 30 K, from card IDR 20 K and balance IDR 10 k
- as suggestion, select mandiri e-money to be more top up flexible
- select payment method, for example cash
- isert bank note IDR 30 k, don't insert more, the surplus can't be refund and transfered to whatsapp account
- take the card
- scan qr code with whatsapp to get receipt
- you can check the balance at the black box near entrance gate
2 - Balance top up
a - Alfamart
- go to cashier at alfamart shop
- handover the card
- ask for top up with minimum amount IDR 20 k
- cashier will input transaction to computer and top up card balance with edc machine
- pay with cash IDR 21.5 k, for balance IDR 20 k and admin fee IDR 1.5 k
- get the card back and transaction receipt
b - Indomaret
- go to cashier at indomaret shop
- handover the card
- ask for top up with minimum amount IDR 50 k
- cashier will input transaction to computer and top up card balance with edc machine
- pay with cash IDR 51.5 k, for balance IDR 50 k and admin fee IDR 1.5 k
- get the card back and transaction receipt
c - Family Mart
- for jak lingko bni tap cash and brizzi bri is not as easy as e-money mandiri to get edc machine at alfa or indomaret
- for tapcash bni you can easily find edc machine at family mart
- go to cashier at family mart shop
- handover the card
- ask for top up with minimum amount IDR 50 k
- cashier will input transaction to computer and top up card balance with edc machine
- pay with cash IDR 50.5 k, for balance IDR 50 k, no admin fee charge
- get the card back and transaction receipt
d - machine at Busway shelter
- go to auto card machine at busway shelter
- place the card on tapping slot
- press the screen and select top up balance
- machine show info of no change and no receipt, press next
- select top up amount IDR 10, 20, 50, or 100 k, for example select IDR 50 k
- select payment method, for example cash
- insert bank note IDR 50 k, don't insert more, the surplus can't be refunded
- scan qr code with whatsapp to get receipt
- get back the card and check balance at black box near entrance gate
e - counter at Busway shelter
- auto card machine sometimes not available at shelter, so you can go to counter for top up
- handover card to officer at the counter
- ask for top up with minimum amount IDR 20 K
- officer will top up card balance using edc machine
- pay with cash IDR 20 k, for balance IDR 18.5 K , admin fee IDR 1.5 K
- get the card back and transaction receipt
f - ATM
- you must have saving account and atm card at the bank which issued the card, for example mandiri
- go to atm
- select the language
- insert atm card
- input pin
- select electronic money and e-money mandiri
- place jak lingko card at yellow card holder
- select balance top up and top up amount, fixed amount or other amount with minimum top up IDR 20 k
- machine will deduct saving balance and add jak lingko card balance IDR 20 k
- get jak lingko card, atm card, and transaction receipt
g - WhatsApp
- surplus of bank note insert at busway shelter machine will be transfered to whatsapp account
- at transaction receipt page, type anything and send, transaction menu will appear
- select top up, type 3 & send
- select card type, ie. mandiri e-money, type 1 & send
- select top up amount, for example the surplus amount is IDR 20 k, select IDR 20 k, type 1 & send
- type card number at the rear side, with same format & send
- final confirmation, if okay type 1 & send
- select payment method, for example deduct voucher, type 3 & send
- phone transaction complete, then go to busway shelter to update balance in the card, using machine or officer help
- check balance at black box near entrance gate
