I'm in the Houston metropolitan area, my street is flooded and so are many of the houses in my neighborhood. So far we are lucky and only our porch has flooded, but some of our neighbors got over a foot of water in their homes. My dad and I took our boat out and helped rescue people. My high school is under 4 feet of water. It's raining non stop and the flash flood warnings and tornado warnings come and go every 5 minutes. Pets are being abandoned and people are getting trapped in their cars and drowning while trying to flee. Half of us are without power. It's complete hell, especially in downtown Houston.
