Great info! Working BB agreements will be interesting to say the least. In the past, any BB that is breached, i.e., if a buyer signs with multiple agents or simply buys without their contracted agent, judges simply ask if they knew what they were signing. If they say no, the agreement is thrown out. I wonder if that changes moving forward...

It's a great and very valid point! My guess is that legal precedent for such rulings will remain unchanged and Realtors will simply continue to get that short end of the stick in that regard.
