In case you have depression (which I really hope you don’t), its okay to be scared. Its ok to feel lonely. What we should do is change our lifestyle and try to take a break from everything. Go meet a therapist, dont be afraid to meet one. Remember that tough times in our lives are there for a reason, we are being tested. You will find people who are amazing and will offer to help. I’ve been through depression and still recovering. Im not the best at giving advice, but Im sure this helped a little bit. Remember, you are never alone.
