It has to be more than an accident that I stumbled on to your video. My son was a piano player and looked JUST like you. Same head, shoulders, back, hands, and style of music. Even his name was the same as yours (but spelled Jake). He died 2 years ago and I've been praying for a sign that his spirit is alive and in a good place. Out of nowhere your video shows up on my screen. Could you be a messenger from God telling me all is well with my son? I believe so. Your song could easily be about the love and beauty that is said to be in heaven. I have been profoundly moved and enormously grateful that you showed up. Thank you Jvke. Zelfs de vader van mijn nu 2 volwassen zonen waar ik 20 jaar mee samen was vanaf mijn 16e . Bij dit explosief mooie lied, komt zoveel omhoog.... Steeds opnieuw als ik het hoor. It was 6:47pm when I realized that it was time to say goodbye to you, my first baby, my daughter. I remember just sitting in the bathroom, having contractions, bleeding. The physical pain was nothing, but the emotional pain of losing you was unbearable. Then I played this song, and when it got to the part that says “I don’t need no light to see you shine,” I broke down in tears knowing that our Heavenly God is keeping you safe now in His hands. I love you my daughter, and even though 13 weeks was all I had to carry you, I am honored and extremely blessed, that God had chosen me to be your mother. 🤍🤍🤍 Thank you JVKE, for this song has gotten me through my darkest night.
