Oh 💩?! I was seeing if u deleted yur 💩 because I deleted mine about killing off Marshall Law since it'd be wayyy more convenient to just put in Forest w/a more diverse moveset. If you can create a fahkumram from scratch & how there's constantly Bruce Lee character blends then this shouldn't be a problem rlly plus the guy LITERALLY has had his own theme remixed by some folk as a testament.. Came back 2yrs later just to have it on repeat again. So much nostalgia! Law's and Yoshimitsu themes from Tekken 3 were my favorites but the entire games soundtrack was filled with banger after banger and it fit each and every character so well!

Tekken 3 had some really memorable music. If you played anything from 6, TTT2, or 7, I probably wouldn't recognize it (at least as easily) since it sounds mostly like a bunch of dub step or whatever. The music from the later games isn't bad, it just blends in too much with it's other tracks that I can't recognize most of it. For me, Tekken stopped having memorable music after 5/Dark Resurrection, although some of the remixes from Tag 2 were nice. I like this remake/remix a lot, however the only thing that I don't like is how quiet the segments starting at 0:51 are. I don't know the technical term for that specific sound, but the original sounded more epic with the loud rifts (I'll call them that for simplicity) starting at the aforementioned time. The rifts were so low that I had to rewind to make sure that I heard them. Other than that, this is a great piece of music that deserves to be remembered, even if Namco doesn't. If you are interested in any more fighting game music, you should check out the soundtracks from the Battle Arena Toshinden series (links below). The music was overall good; however, some of it drags on too long and is too repetitive at times. Tekken Tag was always my favorite. I guess just because it felt easier to beat the CPU when you had two human players going against them at all times. My favorite character is Yoshimitsu, now. When I first played Tekken, I guess my favorite was Eddie, just because of how you could button mash with him and still feel like you got your 2 quarter's worth.

This is great! How do you make the effects so similiar to the original? I understand you use a DAW, but how can you find the correct effects? What's your thought process? Expecially the Nina Williams remake, these effects are so particular.

It's simple man. over 18 years experience of composing hundreds of songs. Tekken 3 is very simple cause all they do is take synth leads and put distortion on them. The hard part is making the song sound better than the original cause the original was already so good lol.
