Govt ne public ki kamai ko haram ki kamai samajh rakha hai... yeh petrol gadi bech rahe hain par e10 fuel 2028 ke bad available nahin hoga and e20 fuel existing gadi ko kharab karega. Diesel car ka future adhar main lataka rakha hai.

I think best fuel to choose is petrol and also think for affordable cars not of too much budget like it will not cost more than 15 lakhs. So appx idea would be 1 lakh for 1 year which is a normal rate and wouldn't get more problems when scrapping policy is to be implemented.
