For morning gymers. 1. Drink 2 glass of water after wakeup in the morning. 2. Eat fruits like papaya , apple , 2 banana. Juice or shake 3. Go gym or do workout 4. Drink more and more water after 45-60 min of lunch. 7. 1-2 bje tk ghar ka dal chawal 8. 3-4 pm banana shake. Again 9. If u want then u can eat dahi chawal or dudh chawal . 10.
