Routine :- 10 pm Ko sona hai 7 am ko uthke brush karke 2 glass pani peke bath karna hai 8 baje school yafir chutthiya ho toh pdhai nahi toh morning walk Breakfast mein shake aur fruits 1 pm ko lunch 2pm ko water aur 6 baje tak paani pewte hi rhana hai 3 pm to 5 pm tuition nahi toh kuch aur 6 baje chai nahi toh shake 6:30 gym 9:30 dinner 10 baje dudh ke saath gul milake sleep ❤ Wow what a routine man !!!

For morning gymers. 1. Drink 2 glass of water after wakeup in the morning. 2. Eat fruits like papaya , apple , 2 banana. Juice or shake 3. Go gym or do workout 4. After workout Make shake with 2 banana , dry fruits , peanut butter, oats , honey + milk . 5. 10 bje ke pehle tk eat ghar ka roti , sabji , omlette , salad + chach or dahi [ optional ] for better digestion. 6. Drink more and more water after 45-60 min of lunch. 7. 1-2 bje tk ghar ka dal chawal 8. 3-4 pm banana shake. Again 9. If u want then u can eat dahi chawal or dudh chawal . 10. Do evening walk or play sports . 11. Eat more banana or eat ghar ka dinner include eggs or chicken or paneer. 12. Drink one glass of milk + sakkar before sleep. 13. After dinner relax or walk 10 minutes. 14. Don’t distract and leave phone atleast 45 min before sleep 🛌 💤 15. Take 7-8 hr of deep sleep. Sleep , workout , diet and fight ❤❤❤❤❤ 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

Fruit shake after exercise 6.Lunch roti sabji or panner or soya chap with fruit or veg chat Or chach or dahi help digestion also drink lots of water till 1 to 3 or clock 7. Drink a shake again chana fruit etc at 4 to 5 pm 8. Home Exercise or gym 9.Eat something healthy panner soya chap etc 10.Drink milk before sleeping 11. Then sleep early for weight gain Follow this for atleast 21 days !
