a) I think the 113 million figure is a little inflated, as this is a foue year extension instead of a 5 year extension. b) JB is a former 2nd round pick, who had shown some of his potential in the playoffs before signing with the Knicks, while never being able to shine, while playing in Luka's shadow! The Knicks did take a huge gamble on his free agent signing, which did pay off great!

Along with searching for those best Mid-level player's. Also instead of team's looking to sign the best "Star" talent available.
