This dude makes me think of my highschool days. I went to a small school that won state championships every other year. My parents and all of my friends parents really made us work and grind all year. I feel like that's what Jaylens dad did to a much higher level obviously. There's not a shot on the court he hasn't made 1000 times at least. He's not the most physically gifted.. but he's the best player I've ever seen. It's just an interesting case study if how far working you're butt off can get you. Bravo

Look at this guy. Nothing too fancy with his dribbling, plays through contact and still finishes. When he gets the ball he’s only thinking of getting the ball in the hoop whether it’s from him or a teammate. If they make it to the finals he’s making mvp for sure!

Jason Tatum and Anthony Davis are the only 2 US players above Jalen Brunson in the MVP race. Somehow Brunson is left off the US team in favor of Devon Booker, Jrue Holiday, Tyrese Haliburton, Anthony Edward's. Brunson had a better record than 3 of them, better numbers then all of them, and its debatable that he had the least talented team. Maybe the pacers were worse. Booker hasn't ever done anything as the top guy in Phoenix, Jrue hasn't been a top guy since Philly, Tyrese was nice up until Giannis let him know that he didn't respect or accept him into the class of elite players.

Still trying to hop on the bandwagon. I see the pure scorer, the flawless footwork, infinite shiftiness...and the 28 points per game. But I still feel like he's one of those guards who has a couple legendary scoring seasons in the middle of his career before falling off when the team realizes they're not going to win that way or they get hurt-e.g. Gilbert Arenas, Isaiah Thomas, Stackhouse, Bradley Beal, and many others before.
@jamiecooper26916 ай бұрын
I get what you mean but it’s up to the Knicks front office to make sure Brunson has the right supporting cast too .
@reisanderson90695 ай бұрын
Well he’s already averaged 24 ppg and 28 ppg in his first 2 seasons with the Knicks lol what more do you want, Arenas wasnt a true Pg, Beal is a injury prone SG, Isaiah Thomas was 5’8 and had bad knees/hips lol you can’t compare those Fluky players too Brunson who is primed for at least 5-10 more stellar years
