The starters are tired so I'm not going to complain about the outcome of this game. OG's injury really hurts this team as we are small at the forward position. Brunson is hurting and you can tell when he gives the ball up to the 2 guard when bringing the ball up court to set up the offense. The game starting so early was not good for the team and the good thing is they are going back home for game 5 and can get a good rest. Let's all say a collective prayer that OG surprises us and shows up for game 6 or 7. Go Knick!

The Knicks will be good for Game 5. The time off being Games 5 and 6 are crucial for rest and prep. Instead of being one day off they get 2. Which should be a blessing.

Been saying on this forum for months that Thibs is nuts and it's obviously showing now. He is addicted to one way of thinking and doesn't care about the collateral damage to his players. I agree OG is hurt a lot...BUT...if you were him would you want to re-sign to play for this coach?? Look at Precious too. Dude stepped in big time for us and played 40 minutes a night during the season when we needed him with guys out...then guys come back and our mental coach forgets about him a la Obi. Precious is definitely good enough to be a regular rotation piece. And how long of a career do you think Brunson is going to have (see D Rose) under this guy. I am one of the biggest Knicks fans you'll ever see and I'm never giving up with these guys...they make us proud...but just sayin'...........

If there is no excuse, no excuse for 4 missing free throws, no excuse for boneheaded plays, no excuse for starting off slow then show it and stop saying it and do it. Every time I hear you and J Hart say you have to be better in these areas you come back and miss free throws, make costly turnovers in crucial moments, and you start off slow like in games 3 & 4. Stop dribbling a million times give up the ball and cut and get easier buckets that's how you get these guys off you. Dude was a passer in game 3, sat came back in the 4th when Divo was hot and just jammed up the ball and in one possession got caught in mid air and tried passing to Divo and passed to a Pacer for transition bucket when Divo was clearly open to begin with; he's the open man. Even Divo was mad. And how about that video replay that was overturned from foul to non contact. That play looks similar to the "kick ball" at the Garden when he wants to dribble through everyone in crucial moments. Oh yeah...where's the help defense, the talking on defense that personified this team. Leaving J hart on an island with Siakam, Embiid walking Hartenstein to post...like jab at for a double team and go back to the player you were guarding and stop running over fully. They were so good at this months ago and now nobody even talks on defense.
