Man! Just a hero, a hero for every young woman and young man who all think the world is against them and they have no shot, a hero for every player who thinks that they shouldn't have to compete in a game that is probrably the most competitive in the history of sports. Man! This dude is the definition of why "You NEVER quit!" It dosent matter if you can go somewhere else and be a starter, question is "Was it competitive?" "Did you have to work for it?" If it wasnt, then you learned nothing, you gained nothing, you didn't prove anything. Even if it was competitive, and you have worked hard for it. Do you have the respect of those teammates, or are u selfish and just want to go pro? Great players will always get recognized by pro scouts, but great leaders will always be taken before selfish individuals who think they are God, instead of thanking God for what they have and accomplished. Man! Jalen Hurts is a LEGEND, and he will forever be one of my favorite players in the history of Alabama football! Love the video man, God I love it!

Wow! I told Bama fans at first of the year the coaching staff needed to be very careful how they treated Jalen, because he was a great athlete. They would ultimately need him no matter what happens in the QB turn out situation. News media and Bama fans just laughed at me and called Hurts all kind of names, criticizing him totally unfair most of the time. I pointed out that Jalen is a winner, they then even wanted to take his credit from his 26-2 record as a QB. I was also called nasty names for defending him. My only point was to everyone; this kid is a proven winner a young man of moral character, whatever the coaching staff decided who starts, just do it with class! Because no matter what, they would need Jalen to accomplish their goals, so don't disrespect him in the process. Now everyone see! What i was saying! Where are all you nasty mean evil this disrespectful medias and Bama fans? Who told him to transfer because, he was NOT needed anymore? He will be able to play at the next level maybe at QB if he keeps improving. Remember the NFL is about winning when everything is said and done! Jalen is a legendary winner that's all he has done at Bama!!

Love how everyone was so high on him coming in and then he loses a miracle game and catches so much hate from his own fan base. Almost loses the Natty last year catches more hate from his fan base, Tua saves the day. This season Tua takes them to the SEC championship, still saw so many Alabama throwing dirt on this man. Georgia shuts down Tua completely, Jalen comes in and shows out and everybody is back on him. Will forever be a legend in SEC football but will never receive the attention he deserves sadly.

I just love this guy. I tear up everytime I see the epitome of what a real team mate and team player is supposed to be. When he was pulled he was 100% real in pulling for his team mate when so many would be only caught up in getting pulled from the game in the natty. Jalen was Tua's # 1 fan for the QB who just replaced him and the wish for his team to get this championship knowing deep down he probably lost the job. But Jalen understood why he was pulled and even supported the move. Then he took the next year to learn and get better until his number was called again and when his team needed him the most. And it happened. Then the following year he's the starter and in the playoffs with Oklahoma and now he's the starter in the NFL with a chance at being great. Before all of this happened Jalen was not considered a draftable QB. He deserves all of it. Being a BAMA fan the last decade and a half has been incredible.... Roll Tide " We love Jalen Hurts "

It’s so easy to boast and allow your ego to flare up whenever you’re at this point in stage, but to remain grounded, humble and silenced when the world is talking about you, (the transfers, the benching, etc.) it’s a true testament of who they really are. Amber James sometimes the truth isn’t crap. Truth was “key word” was that he wasn’t very good last year. But instead of the victim mentality that people have today, he sucked it up and made the best out of it, got better, and didn’t quit. Anyone regardless of gender, race, religion, etc can do anything they want to do in this country if they just freakin work hard. I would say this world, but that’s not the case, been around it twice.

C D that’s absolutely great. And what a shame that you believe in this day in time EVERYONE has the same opportunities. You don’t have to travel the world to know that. The truth is, college football is about revenue. People are so quick to put these young men down, or use them up until they’re no longer needed. All I’m saying is that I’m proud if this man, with all his faults.( I’m sure you’re not perfect, as well) He overcame, despite all the doubt and pushed them further to where they are... These teams are going to do what they do to keep the winning coaches payed and fans happy. However, the people who put them in that position are the players.

I freakin LOVE Jalen Hurts. He’s by far my favorite player that’s ever played at Alabama and always will be! I wish him nothing but the best, he deserves the world. You’ll never find a better leader. His character is top notch. If we play him we better win, other than that though, I wish him the best!

Jalen, after the situation transpired, I continued to pray for you and ask God to vindicate you as you are a true QB. It is amazing that you said you left it to God, and you shine last season with your new team. Currently, you have a great opportunity to show case to the whole world how talented you are. When you commenced your collegiate career at Bama you entertained me and my mom as she was sick and bedridden. So each and every weekend, I never moved from my seat or go anywhere as we watched you playing. You sat quite and never made any statements like a true statesman would do, I always wondered if anybody ever asked you how you felt? That was the digger for me, it is not what you do but how do things. Personally, I think the situation could have been handled differently. Now, as you transcend to your new stage I will continue to pray for the you shine and succeed in every aspect of the career and life. I am also praying that this pandemic is over soon and I will come to watch you play!! My mom passed late January, 2018, but I know that she will be your angel watching over you!! Remember you are a 'class act!"

I'm old enough to remember the dynasty of Miami Hurricanes and comparing them to Alabama Dynasty and clearly as you watch there is a huge difference, Miami caused rule changes over nasty gestures after making good plays and trash talking opponents and yes they were great, but Alabama makes great plays and wins with respect for the other team and to continually hear player's giving God praise in their interviews , well you just never heard Miami player's give God the glory. It is refreshing seeing young men coming from such good homes where parents teach their kids to stay humble work hard and compete win or lose and to me the difference is astonishing.

By staying at Alabama, after being benched, Jalen didn't go onto be a quarterback for another high ranking team. Instead, he went on to become a legend, who will be talked about for many years coming. I am so proud of this young man, and his accomplishments. I hope all his dreams become realities. And I hope the Good Lord continues to bless him, and keep him in favor.

Not a Bama fan but a lot of respect for this young man in todays age. Where kids take their ball and go home if things don't go their way. Seems to have been raised right. To just keep fighting and scratching. To me he is a winner!
