It's no fun having acne in your early 30s. After several dermatological treatments i looked at myself in the mirror and almost cried. I went to the fridge, took a tomato, lemon + some sugar(didn't have honey) and blended for a few mins. Applied the mixture using some cotton wool overnight, morning for about a week. @@yasminfarah2280 I think do it religiously for 5 days then once or twice a week on back and face (Add lemon juice to tumeric mask). Normally we don't treat back acne which is why it persists. I also wash my back and moisturise with acne treatment stuff once a day daily :) like I would my face- inflammation is much better.

I started doing this three days ago and I have to say it DOES WORK! I was breaking out out of nowhere and rubbed this on my face morning and night. I can see a nice brightness in my face now. You get great teeth whitening results with coconut oil and turmeric mixture (10min on teeth) Im doing it regularly. So I assume there will definitely be a cleaning proses also happening on my skin! Hello Jalia, thanks for the video. For the turmeric mix, I use either coconut oil or shea butter with a dash of honey too. Honey has antibacterial qualities too so definitely help with acne. I would also like to suggest that to reduce the messiness of turmeric after application, wipe off with a wet wipe and trash before washing of the rest with a moisturising face wash.

@@catmo59 me too i wondered the same, because even her kids have really good skin. so I tried this 3 days a week for a good 2 month and honestly my face was glowing. I could see it, other people too. I told my self it is the toner and face wash i was using so I decided to stop using the tomato. I can attest that my skin is not as glowing as that time, so i will get back to the 3 days a week tomato routine and see if it can bounce to that glow again. (PS just the tomato, no tumeric)

Take a wet wash cloth, wipe off turmeric...repeat until its remove then use hands, soap and water to remove the rest...because it can get pretty messy. Great video🤗
