I have a 2021 gt500 with 1100whp and a 2021 superstock hellcat with close to 1100 wheel with whipple, both on e85 making between 22-25 psi boost. Hands down the challenger puts the power down better and is the more enjoyable car to drive if you like raw meaty hp and torque. Above 7k ia when the gt500 gets stupid fast and pulls crazy on the fast highway pulls. 50-125 the hellcat will murder the gt500 but after 125 the mustang is just a rocket. Both cars run mid 4's 60-130.
