By any circumstance, if she becomes widow or divorce then ISLAM gives the permit to another happy-marriage as per her choice* . *She has all the right even after her marriage in the property of her parents* . *Basically, ISLAM insists to every Boy & Girl once they attend the adult age, they should marry and enjoy the Healthy and Respectable life in our Society not just like a public-toilet, pay and use* .

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh Greeting, *Clarification* - Instant Triple Talaq. Please find below my few clarifications which is helpful to elected-government to clear the concept *Instant Triple Talaq* in (one-shot or in Three Months time) and most important thing to understand the position and limitation of any believer and follower of the ISLAM. *Let’s start with a Brief definition of the ISLAM* . Very first thing in this context to understand, the ISLAM is not Man-made system and not Human-mind philosophy and not Human-mind research work and not Human-mind invention-theory and not manipulated or tempered religion. The ISLAM is the word given by our creator after creation to the first-Human Adam and Hawa (peace be upon him) from that first-couple (peace be upon him) from all we Human spread in this world. The ISLAM based on Three (3) things TAUHEED, RISALAT and AKHIRAT as mandatory. 1) *TAUHEED* means:- believe and faith only and only on Allah, who is alone our creator and the name Allah itself given by our creator in his Holy-book Quran. 2) *RISALAT* means:- believe and faith on the last and final Prophet, Muhammad rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wa sallam). 3) *AKHIRAT* means:- that life which start after we death. Now we come to our subject *Instant Triple Talaq* is in one sitting and in Three Months time. What is the essential and authentic source to find out it’s Legalization and Applicable law on this issue of Talaq or any other issue in all walks of life to be based on the following Three (3) elements. 1) QURAN the word of Allah. 2) The Life of last Prophet, Muhammad (Sallallahu Ala Wasallam). 3) Companions of Prophet, Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam). If any issue, which was not took place or not happened in the life of Prophet, Muhammad (Sallallahu Ala Wasallam) and also not happened in the life of his companions like Abubakr, Omar, Usman and Mula Ali (Raziallahutala ajma'een). Then our source is only and only the Quran. If any issue which was took place and happened in the life of Prophet, Muhammad (Sallallahu Ala Wasallam) and his companions. Then the source of law as same as the practice of Muhammad (Sallallahu Ala Wasallam) and his companion (Raziallahtalaajma'een). *In the light of the above Instant Triple Talaq has been took place and treat as valid in the time of Omar (Raziallahtala)* . The most important to understand the position of the believer and follower of the ISLAM, practicing the ISLAM in all walks of LIFE. The Muslims absolutely have no right to do the modification in the ISLAM. The name Muslim is given by Allah in his Holy-book Quran to those who accepted the ISLAM. Hopefully, my above explanation will be helpful to our elected-Government on the current issue *Instant Triple Talaq-bill* in our parliament. My humble request to our elected-Government of India. Please don't make or pass any Bill or legislation against the *Instant Triple Talaq*. *Kindly leave it the same as the practice of Muslim respectively* .
