I have sam model when i make copy adf jam error e..00 not move paper then i open top cover adf clear jam and again make copy same error e .00

Sir I have a Kyocera ecosys 4125dn problem almost similar to the one in this video. The jam appears inside the fuser but sometimes the papers go through well. Jam code is jam4201. What can be the problem?

Clean the right guide and actuator registration and registration sensor(check the position actuator registration if it will return to proper position after printing). If still Jam, replace paper feed/registration sensor.
