@@PinkiPal-mg2er In case of Agriculture, mutations of all previous sellers must be checked & that should be in seriatum. In case of residential property, mutation is needed only where there is agricultural land previously. Moreover , agricultural land can't be used for residential without the permission of Govt.( It means CLU needed). So before purchase of land , proper scrutiny is required. M-8295045577.

You should contact to your concerning patwari and if he is not taking any interest then to Revenue record office/ Tehsildar office.

@@Bholebabakabeta If you have taken loan etc.& that loan has been repaid. Contact the patwari & show the bank certificate to remove the land mortgage entry from the books of record. Ist of all plz.inform me for what purpose the land was mortgaged. Then I can help you.

Aad rehan means that the security ( as land or billa) is not free from encumbrance. Any creditor/bank provides financial help or loan on the basis of security of the loanee. Hence , an entry is made in the Revenue Record . The security is mortgaged in favour of lender without possession. Generally, aad rehan is written in the Remarks column of Jamabandhi so that any outsider person dealing with the such property can be awared that the property is not freehold.

Co sharer ke case mein kiska hissa kiss khasre mein hai kaise pata karna sriman, jaise ki pehle column 4 mein malikon ke naam with bhag likha hai, fir khasre number hai, kiski kaun si khasre mein hai ye kaise pata chalega sriman

Plz. inform me that Khewat no.is undivided or divided. Generally , in a family , all members of family divide the agriculture land as per their share out of Samlaat land for the purpose of cultivation only and khewat is same. So to know the khasra no. Of each co.share , separate khewat is needed.

Does it mean Same set of owners may or may not have same set of cultivators in Khatauni coming under khewat
