Cruise TIP (we learned this on our first when my daughter went too hard on day 1): Yogurt. Slather your sunburn in yogurt (plain if you can find it - but strawberry worked for us LOL) - let it sit as long as you can, shower & done. We learned this from cruise staff & it was a life saver - she was "tan" & not sore by the next day.
