Quite underwhelming to be honest. Most of the buildings on the Kingston waterfront are decades old. Downtown Kingston needs new investment in 🏢 🏫 buildings and modern infrastructure.

@@winkiblue.com1958 As soon as the prison is relocated from the waterfront and that property is properly redeveloped, the whole look of Downtown Kingston will start to change. Many investments will happen. Downtown Kingston has great potential.
