@@OshandoJohnson There are many documentaries about bike crimes in Germany, there is a big criminal line from eastern europe behind the scene. And I was sadly one of the victims (I guess you are aswell).

3:55 The thing about bikes, you should know that your stolen bikes will be sold in eastern europe like Romania, Hungary and so on. (Same issue with cars). It is not always a German who steals your bike, but it might be someone from somewhere else. To my opinion and my experiences, the thief is mostly not a German citizen. My two stolen bikes were found in Romania, but the third one couldn't be found until today.

Wow! This is a perspective that I wasn't aware of! That's really crazy that your bikes were found all the way in Romania! I also doubt that the typical German would do something like that because I've seen so many positive examples of honesty in this country.

@@OshandoJohnson Also, the thieves can be drug addicts. Even in countries with high levels of social responsibility, drug addicts can be a problem. They often become very selfish and irresponsible.

@@ThomasVWorm I’m happy your girlfriend was able to get back her bag! You’re definitely right though… this doesn’t just happen in Germany. I’ve been to a lot of countries and witnessed just how honest people can be sometimes. Really good to know such people still exist!
