My late father in laws house is in old harbor so when I’m next in jamaica over that part of the country I’ll try hook up with you for the island tour and curry and brownstew fish. That is a good catch for using no bait but in the Bahamas we use conch for bait and any fish we do not want we roast and tie in the center of the pot for bait and we catch big grouper and huge snapper and all kid of fish. So you want to try to bait your traps once and see the difference or stay stubborn and do it your way and keep the little Angel fish only. Good job!

Been baiting traps for 15yrs with no better catch than what you are seeing now so we stop baiting them, bait only attract bad fish to break up the traps.

That is true,some fishermen thief,them thief alot from me,we use the floater on top for mark, some times we sink them,and then dive and tie it and then get back on the boat and pull it up, when we come back they move them,we have to drive and look for them, sometimes we can't find them, none at all
