Happy for this major development. FCJ needs to put their 'completion' dates at least 3 months ahead of dates stated. Hence, when it is actually finished, they can say they have finished ahead of time. Most times, they give a date, and WE can see that that is NOT possible.

High rise building would do well behind the urban center so as not to encroach on the land, which can be used for modern agriculture development alongside the technical institutions.

Is there going be central air conditioning for each building? I am not seeing any units on top of most buildings. Did you noticed any large duct work inside the buildings when you went on the recent tour?

St thomas need more housing stock the land is there more people living in st thomas the more the parish develop fast just like portmore it near to kingston

Parking cant be too much, you ever see fairview montego bay lots a parking space but you can hardly find parking sometimes

Do anyone think it's good strategic business practice to have two businesses selling the same thing next to each other, (Mother's and Juici Beef) in this case? I think a Pizza are Burger place should replace one of them.

The government offices currently located in the town centre are staffed primarily by residents of the parish, and they will be moving there with their staff. It is obvious that with new businesses that will be opened, new employment opportunities will be there for residents. The introduction of JUTC is to facilitate residents travelling conveniently and comfortable at a reduced cost to and from Kingston
