Matt Matt Matt you have done it once again bringing epic foods to your channel great job especially the tripe and beans that is my favorite Jamaican food kind next to Roasted breadfruit and Corn pork When I was a kid I used to eat Tripe and beans every third Sunday of the month with white rice and fried rice plantains that was the bomb 😂😂😂😂😂😂 😋😋😋😋😋😋 Thanks again Matt for exploring these food places around the island big up up one love ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

It's amazing to see how the food scene is reverting back to wood fire cooking. Growing up, I vividly remember the distinct flavors of the food prepared in our neighbor's detached kitchen with the soot blackened ceiling in the country, they exclusively used wood for fuel. Back then, many people were eager to purchase gas stoves with ovens and only the poorest used wood. Nowadays, this primal technique is in vogue and is quite popular even among the elite- go figure!

Great post food boss😎, in this post it was the curry goat 🐐 tripe that did it for me. I was there about 3 weeks ago heading back to Montego Bay from Westmoreland, unfortunately we were in a rush and had only the soup , it was the best soup🍲 i had in a long time, with the pimemto and Longwood 🔥smoke ☺ infustion that so enhances its taste , Can't wait to go back.
