My aunt live there....The house has its right side fence by the gullyside..She blind but they respect and ghetto man watch over her. At night I use to listen to Metromedia Sound and hang out with real ghetto peeps a million miles from the UK..

"They" moved in and destroyed a once thriving upper middle-class neighborhood. Why? It breaks my heart because many of us have such wonderful memories of growing up in Allman Town. We truly lived the 'It takes a Village' concept. All our families knew each other & was a part of our development. The village started from Kingston Gardens > Allman Town > Franklin Town, Rollington Town & Vineyard Town. Arnold Rd./Connolly Ave . Some of Jamaica's most successful citizens grew up in those areas. We graduated from either Wolmer's Girls or Boys Schools, Alpha Academy, St. George's, Kingston College, St. Hugh's, St. Andrew's High & Immaculate High School. We all went on to Universities overseas or UWI. My family still owns a large piece of land in Allman Town & we pay the taxes. I am sure someone has captured it. Unbelievable!😠
