I have not had liver for years. I decided to cook some for my dinner and guys if you follow this recipe and how I cook my liver, you will not be disappointed. The liver was cooked to perfection and you don’t need water to cook this liver. All you need to do is seasoning up the liver with dry season that includes your black pepper, garlic pimento or any dry season that you fancy in your seasoning then you gonna have your green season which is your onion your garlic your skellion scallion lol and your thyme your sweet peppers different colours sweet peppers cut them up fine, and then soy sauce browning tomato ketchup and then you add it to the frying pan with a warm to hot oil and stir until you get that desired look you don’t need water cause it gives out its own liquid especially from the season. You just take time turn down the fire and make it cooked nicely and then serve it with your green banana and your dumpling so I really have enjoyed cooking this liver knowing that I have not had it for years not forgetting DW PEPPER SAUCE SCOTCH BONNET PEPPERS in there and you can’t forget all those things but yeah, and this is a nice meal to have Saturday Sunday morning for either breakfast or dinner so give it a try.
