Jamal Adams kinda regressed this year and I think part of that was because of the scheme and part was a sophomore slump. As a junior I expect him to have his best year. Prediction 90 tackles 8.0 TFL 3.0 sacks 7 ints 10 PBUs 2 FFs 1 TD

MikesGraffix IMO he slumped statistically but also you can watch and see plays he missed that he made last year. One play in particular is this miss on Jeremy Johnson that allowed the long TD run, but stuff like missing on tackles and reading the QB wrong. He did get more ints and we really needed a ball hawk. Last year he was only a starter for two games and a true freshman, yet racked up 66 tackles, 5.0 TFL 1 sack and 5 PBUs. This year as a full time starter he racked up 67 tackles 5.0 TFL 6 PBUs 1 FF and 4 ints. I'm not saying he sucked or was even just average, but how incredible he was as a true freshman playing part time, you'd think he would explode the next year. He pretty much statistically stayed the same except for the ints He was the best freshman DB we've had since Mathieu back in 2010, and I expected an All American type sophomore season. But like I said before, I think the scheme they were in (moving from man to zone coverage), took them out of what they do best. Tre White was scored on plenty this year and that was embarrassing.

+DaAfroTho 1 no he wasn't he was average if not above average. I'm not a fan of lsu but I keep up with jamaal because we played football together in highschool and trained togetger. I know his potential and he did not Remotely meet or exceed my expectations nor his potential. you must have no clue what he's actually capable of but he flat out did not dominate he needs to be finalists for awards not good enough to make a few highlights.

I think the defense as a whole would be 2x better if they played with half as much emotion that he does. Every great defense takes pride when they walk on the field. Just wished he could pass that on.

Lmao you can the serious. Who tf does Florida have that's an elite DB? Joe Haden and maybe Hargreaves. Compared to Patrick Peterson, tyrann matheiu, mo Claiborne, and solid dbs like Eric Reid jalen mills, laron landry(pre-Roids). Plus, we have the most DBs in the nfl currently. What's your argument? Jamal is just next in line of DBs that will be ridiculously good, along with tre white

JZdude518 Joe Haden, Vernon Hargreaves III, Janoris Jenkins, Jaylen Watkins, Reggie Nelson, Matt Elam, Keanu Neal, and Brian Poole. and we have Quincy Wilson and Teez Tabor coming into the NFL next year and both I think are gonna be lethal corner backs once they fully develop.
