He was only playing for the English junior teams cause it was better at the time for his development as he was playing academy football in England for Chelsea(earlier at Southampton). He has no ethnic connections with England either. So he was always going to choose Germany once his career was stabilised and his move back to his mum's home land Germany and joining bayern meant, he has no reason whatsoever to play for England anymore.

Lol, I have never seen a kid with a sharper dribbling skills, especially his Double touch, it's so effective. He needs to improve on his decision making by the way and he also needs to keep developing.

In 20+ years of watching football, I've only seen one other 19 year old instinctively destroy world class CDMs and defenders with a body feint or 'la croqueta'. That kid grew up to be a 7 time Ballon D'Or winner. Not saying Jamal will come close to emulating him, but that's how rare this level of natural talent is.
