Okay so im going to try to explain the most important things without making this too long: - first of all yes jennie was the first to be announced, probably because she was the one who had been the longest in training (she was even supposed to debut with other previous groups but those debuts were cancelled) - blackpink doesnt have a leader (some people say that jennie was offered the position but refused) but what this person is talking about is that a lot of people associate the name BLACKPINK with jennie (specially in south korea), even if right now she is not the most popular one (lisa is more popular right now internationally) - This video is kind of outdated, BP has released more songs and are now far from considered "rookies". However while in the western music industry it is normal for artists to take 2/3 years between releases in kpop it is a constant cycle and groups come out with a lot of music CONSTANTLY so that's why many in the kpop community consider that BP have very little music. - It is a common belief that in the kpop community the artists are VERY RESTRICTED by their companies (they can't drink, can't date, can't drive, etc). However in the case of YG these kinds of restrictions get reduced as the artists debut and gather "experience" in the industry. - Even though they are allowed to date (most of them) it is encouraged for them to NOT date (very little kpop idols are in relationship publicly). It is mostly because the fans have this kind of idea that they somehow have a chance to date their idols, and so to keep their fans happy they dont date or do it secretly. - Last but not least the "lazy scandal". First of all lets make it clear that people dont hate her for being lazy, they hate her for whatever they can find on her (being such a popular/public figure can do that). They had those performances where jennie wasnt consisten and basically took it and ran with it to hate on jennie (saying its because she is lazy but really they have always tried to badmouth her and would take whatever they had to critizice her).

While we are NOONE to diagnose jennie there a couple of things that we can take to make sense of the "lazy scandal". - First of all, of course the ankle injurie. This injury is one of the most delicate ones out there, they can reduce movement A LOT but the most important thing is that it is a very sensitive part of the body, so someone who has these kinds of injuries have to be reaally careful as to not have that same injury again. Most people that have an active life style and these kinds of injuries will have "fall backs" and have the same problem again and again. In different BP videos we can actually see jennie with her ankle bandaged/walking with clutches/ or even the other members of BP telling her to be careful with her ankle when preparing for performances. So yeah this ankle injury has been A BIG PROBLEM for her. - Second she has mentioned a couple of times now that she suffers from motion sickness and that her body is very "weak" because she is constantly getting sick and having problems. - Last I just want to say that while we are not jennie's psychologist there are numerous clips where Jennie shows clear signs of having panic attacks (difficulty breathing/shaking/ signs of distress, etc). So yeah we obviously dont have all of the information and will probably never have it but we can only take what we see and interpret it.

As this is an older video, it does briefly mention Jennie's injury, the big reason Jennie came off as "lazy" is because Jennie hurt her ankle 9 times (that we know of), in a short amount of time / never fully recovered before going out to perform again. You can find a couple of these clips online where you see her falling down steps etc and her ankle is strapped or walking through the airport on crutches. Apart from this stint, she's not being lazy; she was in pain. This is why you may come across a few views related to Jennie titled something the lines of "Jennie being lazy" but prove the exact opposite. On top of that Jennie suffers from serious panic attacks and anxiety which you can imagine, is probably heighten by the haters; this is a big reason she doesn't like being on social media and also is shy at interviews.

I don’t think Jennie is a lazy dancer, she’s fully capable of doing the dances they are given because it’s all easy but the problem is she picks and chooses when to fully do the moves and when to just do nothing, it’s true that she definitely put more effort into her own solo stages than blackpink stages, but thats not a reason for petiole to hate on her THAT badly. Hello, as someone who studies medicine an ankle injury IS that serious. It is basically one of the most sensitive parts of the body because literally the whole body is shifting its weight on them. There are many cases of atheltes that have had to leave their sports because of these kinds of injuries. The problem with ankle injuries is that once you have one its very difficult for it to heal completely so people with these kinds of injuries is that you think you are healed and they appear again and again. Now im not saying that the ankle injury is the whole cause of her "lazy" scandal but just wanted to let you know how serious these kind of injuries are.
