I was a dj in the early 90's. I played clubs and parties. Only the parties that got crazy. Handel name was DJMATSOLO based out of Tallahassee. When I showed up 200 people would show up for a party. Back then I did not have the equipment that was as smooth as what you have. I would break needles multiple times in the evening. What the songs you are playing was the jam and you could get the party rocking which of course always brought the cops but man sometimes they even danced. Love this. I just turned 50 lol.

I'm 50 years old and I enjoyed listening to this wonderful music in Morocco as it came raw year after year through the 90s in Casablanca's nightclubs, cafes, beaches and parties. We knew then it was a special decade. Left Morocco in 1999 but this amazing music traveled with me to the US.

This mix is fantastic, I’ve listened to it countless times now! It’s also nice to see a DJ, DJ’ing and not jumping around like they are having convulsions! It’s nice to hear ’proper’ transitions between tracks rather than doing the biggest ‘drop’, perhaps this is just me bing old 😂😂

I feel so good when I see a DJ who truly mixes using the 'crossfader' and the volume LEDs are lit up. Thank you for the mix, and I know that back then it was very difficult to mix without having measures added in the production of the songs to help you mix the music. During that period ('90), DJs were heroes even though I was 3-4 years old.
