I hate that they fixed it. It was fun running around looking for stims in a hurry. I really enjoyed it. It was like it’s own mini game. I hope that this was intentional and that the devs wanted people to enjoy a new way to play the game for a moment.

the trick is to do it with randoms for an entertaining reaction - if I just did it alone and posted an explanation it'd be boring, the video would flop and no one would see it, this is the only way to get some attention on the issue

I think they need to make a mode where there is no safe zone at all and you already start the game with 4 stims and a self revive so people would be searching for stims all the time and fighting other players doing the same thing (with the gas ticks damage set like in this video) so basically at the end game the player who managed to survive so far and has more stims than the other player left, wins (unless the player with less stims finds and kills the other one)

I actually once described zero-kill LTM like that on stream, every player would also be "friendly" so you couldn't hurt other people, the only way to win would be to keep looting gas masks and stims from around the map. Great minds think alike!

After watching your vid, I tried it a couple times with our 4 man just to get the hang of it, 3rd try, won it. They went to bed, and I did 4 solo games, won 2 of them. The other 2 I just messed up my timing, otherwise I’d have won them as well. I don’t know Vondel as well as you do, so finding stims and staying alive in the gas as long as you did isn’t something I’d try, but staying around the edge and peacing out near the end was easy enough. Far, far too easy to win doing this. So easy, it isn’t even fun 😔 A win like this, holds about as much worth, as riding around the train in the gas on verdansk, using the tactical glitch for infinite stims. It’s fine to troll a little and amaze random team mates, but, whilst it isn’t cheating, it feels like it. In a recent vid you spoke about people commenting it’s so easy, and the level of ease takes away from the skill of what it used to be on say rebirth - you are absolutely correct on that.

Luckily it's already been patched, gas tick came back last night! Still testing but it looks slightly more aggressive than WZ2, with stims still being very effective, so it's in a good place imho
