I just... wow. The emotion that bleeds through his words is remarkable. That's what makes or breaks an artist for me. I don't want to listen to a song and think, "Oh, that was pretty." I want to feel that shit in my freaking soul. I want to feel the grit and the passion of it. Lots of people can sing, and sing well, but there's a difference between someone who "can sing" and someone like James Arthur, who has the ability to move you with the grace of his artistry.
