it was amazing. i really enjoyed this podcast because of their bromance. I have been following the boys for quite a while so it's so nice to see the way they are growing and starting to be themselves in their videos. looking at James's worries and listening to McKenna's stories was hard but it was necessary because after it people realize that they are much more than just a beautiful appearance. thank you Sydney for letting us to find out about them more. now i love them even more

Can’t believe one day I scrolled so far on Instagram I landed on that 5k run reels. Pretty much followed these gym bros ever since and honestly, love them, though I don’t go to the gym anymore I watch all of their content, especially those funny ones 😂

I have been following all three of you for a while now and listening to the boys talk about their feelings and how they deal with them has been really inspiring actually. I go through such droughts of motivation for the gym, and I'd always beat myself up for it and see so much gym content and think I need to get back in the gym asap, so hearing that you guys also go through those moments of no motivation makes me feel better about myself, so thank you 🥰 Also I hope that whatever James has been going through recently, as he mentioned, will improve in time and that he allows time for himself, your mental health is more important than content for us 🫶 Great episode I really enjoyed it x
