ICONIC full-on body language BREAKDOWN of JAMES BOND. Love him or hate him. He portrays the epitome of masculinity in cinema. His abandonment, emotional and psychological issues aside, he is someone many men are trying to emulate. But this isn’t the smartest move to make if success is what you’re after.
Nonetheless, there is an abundance of things you can and will learn from analyzing his body language. Behaviors you should and behaviors you shouldn’t adopt.
I’ve selected a scene with a female portraying high-status so the female subscribers get some value out of it as well. We’ll also cover three forms of gazes. One of which is the power gaze, very useful stuff.
Keep voting on Instagram and on the KZbin polls because the last poll overwhelmingly wanted a breakdown of James bond, so here we have it. Now let’s dive in.

Here's an excerise for everyone, next time you need to scratch an itch, Simply don't, try refraining even a muscle towards it and stay as calm and still you can and when/if it gets unbearable then you can slowly scratch it. Practice this and you will have even more control over your every body moment and this way you appear more powerful. I discovered this excerise few weeks ago and I have only gotten better since then

So much important content in these videos, and so condensed. The quality of the content you make is so extremely high that it's criminal that you don't have more subscribers. The part that stands out the most to me is how you emphasize how important it is to not 100% copy everything these people you're analyzing do. Seems like many other similar channels gloss over this important aspect.

I have been watching these videos just studying the movement dissecting every part that I now have mastered it. I managed one of the most popular bars in my city full of diversity. When I walk through the bar confidence pours off my body, my walk , my shoulder swings. I have so much respect from all the customers it’s wild. It’s to the point if a waitress says table 7 is complaining about a food order when they see me coming entire table demeanor changes. There complaint changes to how am I they want to get to know me. I love it

Suggestion - an analysis on clothing such as suits, accessories and so forth and how certain styles comes off as more powerful than others. An example would be the Windsor Knot I’ve noticed you like to use for your videos or the peaked lapels on characters you’ve discussed that helps broaden their shoulders and gives off the impression that they take up more space and of course, shirt styles such as the French cuff or double cuff. Probably not too related to the videos you make but in case you ever want to try something different 🤷🏽‍♂️ keep up the good work man

Around 10:30…Lots going on there. He speaks in a soft voice, which can draw people in. He doesn’t fully turn his body to look at her (his shoulders move a little, his eyes move but don’t look right at her, and his head makes a slight turn). He gives a very small smile. His comment “Maybe I’ll stretch to two” is not quite an affirmation of her request AND it’s suggestive that she might get what she wants IF she satisfies some requirement.

Wow the point that we are not to mimic movie characters 24/7, but in the important moments because movies just show the most important moments and not the whole life, (waking up, brushing teeth everyday ect.) really is revolutionary here because I found myself in exactly that mess. In trying too hard to be that person all the time in every Situation, regardless if it fits or not, will leave you looking like a fool. Never heard anyone else pointing that out before
