Met him in 1985. He perfomed at my college. Jay Leno opened for him! He helped so many...He was absolutely electric on stage. This was an absolute superb interview, which reflected how mentally sharp he was, yet so humble and appreciative of his climb to stardom...

Symptoms of pneumonia didn't appear in him until he visited his dentist who noticed him coughing so badly and looked fatigue & confused. He died of congestive heart failure due to complications of pneumonia ... RIP!
