I was fed up a long time ago with James Charles and started feeling that way prior to Tati saying a thing as he had talked and joked on his own channel about going after 14 y/o heterosexual boys to the point where his guest that video finally even spoke up and told him he ad a problem, which he agreed, and the when the quest said he should get some help he just laughed it off. Then there were all those incidents with the Graysen twins where anyone with a brain could see how uncomfortable his behavior was for one and how James used the other twin to help keep the pressure on. And James excuse was that it was "just a shtick he and his friends did and his viewers loved". Given all the comments about any video with this stuff in it it was obvious that viewers were feeling discomfort and not love for what was going on. The twins always handled it the best they could, as they were on James' channel and whether he knew it or not they were going along with it due to James clout and position and power. One did not like the attempts from James that were sexually pressuring and the other twin was never happy about being asked to set his twin up. All during this time there were rumors and now and then a minor would pop up to say something about James but before it went viral it got removed which was always a bit curious. Then we have the big blow up that came with Tati and "Bye Sister" and anyone that work with victims of SA or a P, knows what she said was exactly what one sees a predator do. There was the video of Sam that was a roadmap of a predator's actions and then a retraction from Sam where actually not of the toe curling stuff was retracted but he sat there is some office obviously scared to death he was about to mess up and basically said that it was all his fault because he kept talking to James. As if talking to someone is an excuse for someone to prey on them or groom them, but a that point that was James excuse at the time - that it was the victims fault because James was lead on cause Same chatted with him. If someone talking to you is a defense for the sort of behavior that James was exhibiting then we have a huge number of innocent people serving time because their victims talked to them. Of course, his icon and very manipulative "No More Lies" apology/excuse (?)came out and it was obviously well scripted by his lawyers and his PR team but much of what was said there was manipulative BS to try and get followers back on his side. My supposition as to why Tati sort of retracted her "Bye Sister" video after standing by it for so long and later made a video about her and James being friends again certainly seemed to come from what was probably a bunch of legal pressure as well as all the gaslighting she was getting from social media added to fact that social media was reacting badly to her for not jumping right out and buying the "No More Lies" Video. So many at the time pointed that her retraction aside, as she did nt say she lied, and James had even admitted that parts were true, that it did not exonerate James and we would all be back here again, For some time after that there were some posts that would rise up that seemed like thy were about to blow the while thing up again, along with videos and report of James doing things like changing his gender on some platforms and pretending to be a straight girl looking for a straight guy. Most of these were silenced in one way or the other and it started to sound like James had hired Michael Jacksons old attorneys who were very good about jumping in and paying off parents to silence their children and silence parents with how it would ruin their kids lives to have it come out and so on. The few that went as far as the whole story coming out before they were paid or whatever to shut up when James would finally address then his 'apologies' were all thee same: He would say it was not what you thought and he did not contact them first; He asked them their age and they lied to him (although he never bothers to check profiles or ask for id or vet their age in some way); that they sent the first pic (but the minor would have proof James asked first and then sent one to reciprocate after the minor complied), each time he would say he knew it was on him, and it would never happened again and he would always check ID or a passport. When it happened again he would have 'oops' forgotten he was supposed to check id, to excited for hooking a minor I guess and in most cases the minor's actually age was on the minor's profile. And he would give that same sort of apology and say he would always check ids, but when the next one came along he had apparently forgotten about that promise to vet an age. And each successive one there has been more victim blaming and putting it on the minor to be the one at fault, and James took acceptation when anyone would try and support the victim because James wanted to be seen as the victim. And this idea he has that after "Bye Sister" and he was unfairly accused (which I have yet to see proof of) supposedly social media now owes him a bunch of free passes to carry out this behavior because of the"Bye Sister" incident. First and foremost with new accusations i think its obviously prove that "Bye Sister" was pretty accurate. I am sure Tati is a bit sick on the stomach from having given into legal pressure and social media pressure and was second guessing herself and took what should have remained up as a warning, down. What James ahs done is a criminal act period, end of story and it has to stop. He has a demographic on You Tube that is teh same age demographics as his targets are and now he has jumped into the huge pool of minors that is TikTok. We are past giving him a pass for making an apology, as he is a serial P and we know that they never stop juts cause they say they will, that is just a way to get people off their back while they go hunting a new victim. Those of us that work with people that survive this sort of thing know that the statistics show that only about 2% come forward on their own, and less so if they have to come forward and cannot expect support or see others that come forward get victimized again and get no support and that is just what is happening. James victims have to see that he does have it set up to treat anyone coming out to expose him should be not listened to, unsupported, based and James presented as their victim. If he does not take some real steps to deal with his issue and stop just reading scripts he lawyers wrote, then as with other predators social media platforms he will have to be faced with criminal charges and then can join the likes of Austin Jones and others locked away from society with time to think about things. Look around al all the work that went into to getting people canceled since the first of the year alone and tell me why everyone is sitting back smirking and giving James another pass. James is someone with absolutely no business being around minors and he surrounds himself with them and when his own followers were not enough or had heard too much about him, he decided to go swimming in the next best thing and joined TikToc. And notice in his apology he is not apologizing to victims, his apology is more to his viewers with the idea of 'sorry you had to find out so UI will say sorry so you do not leave". He will never name his victims and apologize directly to them. He may not think he has hurt any minors or a half assed apology will take care of it, but believe me I see people who are still overcoming the damage done with one online encounter 10 years ago they are still trying to work out.
