I often struggle with writing my gratitude list at the end of the day because I feel tired and brain in shut-down mode. However, I like the simplicity of James's idea to add/say something you are grateful for before each meal. Feels a natural extension of blessing and giving thanks for your meal. Thank you. Will do that. Also, appreciated hearing your view about not making 21 days the end goal but to see habits as part of continuum and eventually part of your daily lifestyle.
