The Ordeal of Change has been one of my most recommended books ever since the '70s, I've never stopped pondering its significance in relation to human events.

Ordeal of Change was Eric’s favorite book he wrote thought it was his best thanks for a Great video Before change you most gain the rite of passage those forty years in the desert Now a days with all the trappings of modern age everything has to accomplish immediately. No waiting for rite of passage four year olds in Levi’s rather than short pants and knickers.

So, then what is necessary when the technical skill or the appropriation of those skills either by self appropriation or acquiring the services of those who posses those skills is absent or unavailable?
