Dusty....Thank you, I agree, so deep, ppl can't comprehend how deep. I was in love with a dead man in the 1980. Like the song "The End", if u can picture what will be, so limitless and free,... desperately in need, in a desperate land,......This is the end, in typical friend the end, it hurts to set u free, but u never follow me...the end of laughter and soft lies...the end of has to die.... this...is...the...Enddddd. Something like that, I guess I missed a few words, but no one will ever compare to who & what he was... beautiful.💜

You described it perfectly, feel the same way. The poem is so beautiful, that almost make me cry. When I heard The Doors for the first time I fell in love right away. I remember there was a feeling, that I had previously heard these tunes & some songs, but I suppose these were flashbacks from another life or something.))

The White Blind Light Your home is still here. Violet, uncertain. Thank you, oh lord, for the white blind light. Jumped humped, born to suffer... Made to undress in the wilderness. All of us have found a safe niche where we can store up our riches and talk to our fellows... in the same premises of disaster. Thank you, oh lord, for the white blind light. Let me tell you about heartache in the loss of god... wandering, wandering in hopeless nights. Moonshine night, mountain village insane in the wood and the deep trees. ...and the deep trees... ...and the deep trees... Your home is still here. Violet, uncertain. Oh, I want to be there, I want us to be there, oh, I want to be there...beside the lake, beneath the moon.... Woolen, swollen... drinking its hot liquor... I want to be there. Thank you, oh lord, for the white blind light. A city rises from the sea. Let me tell you about heartache in the loss of god. Wandering, wandering in hopeless nights. Let me show you the maiden with rot iron soul. Out here in perimeter there are no stars. Out there we are stoned... Immaculate... Jim Morrison

:) Jim is the hero we didn't know we needed. His poetry will live through us forever as people who suffered and couldn't find that peace. It's hard to listen to his poems at times because we know the inner pain he felt. But it all resonates decades later. He chased Babylon...I hope he found it.

He is dead, the truth about his death I had heard about it when I went to Pere Le Chaise in Paris, ppl gathered around his tombstone, about 25 to 30 fans, and Riders of the Storm was playing, I returned back to the hotel, after seeing his tombstone that was a dream on my bucket list, and there was a documentary about Jim Morrison and they said how he actually died, no one really knew the dark hidden truth, that he went to a night club, looking for Pam, his GF cuz he wanted to get some dope and he was already wasted, but some Turkish gangsters that knew who he was, shot him in the head, assination style, and took his wallet to take his money. Someone who knew him saw him laying on the ground, also knew where he was staying at the time, took him and Pam was at the Suite, and no one knew what to do, but I guess everything was arranged so noone would find out the hidden truth, but if he was in the casket or not, and had only one doctors signature on the death certificate. A year later the doctor dies, and Pam also dies of an overdose, and that haunted me for decades. I was never the same, cuz I had believed that he died of natural causes, but it wasn't that at all. R.I.P. James Douglas Morrison 1943-1971. Morrison was pronounced dead on midnight of July 3th, 1971. My b-day is on the 4th of July, that's the eerie thing, but.... coincidence or not?? I don't believe in coincidences. It just was....meant for some odd reason.💕

Oh, I want to be there, I want us to be there, oh I want to be there, beside the lake, beneath the moon, Cool and swollen, dripping its hot liquor. I want to be there. Thank you, Lord, for the white blind light. A city rises from the sea. Let me tell you about heartache and the loss of God, Wandering, wandering a hopeless night. Let me show you the maiden with wrought iron soul. Out here in the perimeter there are no stars. Out here we're stoned. Immaculate.

Beautiful... I found this quote in a poetry book that all poets can relate to... “From the wounded soul, comes poetry and music. In return, music and poetry heals the soul."🎶 The title of the book is: “12:12 Midnight” by Danielle Ever Rose I ordered it on amazon, it was a great read.

''From the wounded soul comes poetry and music'' Great line which immediately brought me to the philosopher Søren Kierkegaard. “What is a poet? An unhappy man who hides deep anguish in his heart, but whose lips are so formed that when the sigh and cry pass through them, it sounds like lovely music. And people flock around the poet and say: ‘Sing again soon’ - that is to say, ‘May new sufferings torment your soul but your lips be fashioned as before, for the cry would only frighten us, but the music, that is blissful.” Either/Or - Søren Kierkegaard

Your house is still there. Violet, uncertain. Thank you, oh lord, for the white light blind. Jumped Hunchback, born to suffer... Made to undress in the desert. We all have found a safe niche where we can store up to our riches and talk to our fellow human beings... In the same premises of disaster. Thank you, oh lord, for the white light blind. Let me tell you about heartache in the loss of God... Wandering, wandering in the nights without hope. Moonshine night, mountain village insane in the wood and the trees deep. ... and the deep trees... ... and the deep trees... Your house is still there. Violet, uncertain. Oh, I want to be there, I want us to be here, oh, I want to be there... next to the lake, beneath the moon.... Black, swollen... Drinking its hot liquor... I want to be there. Thank you, oh lord, for the white light blind. A City rises from the sea. Let me tell you about heartache in the loss of God. Wandering, wandering in the nights without hope. Let me show you the young girl with a soul of iron rot. Here in the perimeter there are no stars. There we are stoned... Immaculate... Jim Morrison - Jim Morrison''s poetry.

Actually he's saying " your home is still here, inviolate and certain." Meaning a peaceful home that's stable, I know for 25 years I thought he was saying violet but at a closer study these were his true words. His lyrics are very meaningful like when he says " a city rises from the sea " he's referring to the mythological sin city Ys that was buried under the sea in 12 century mythology. That's where the word Paris comes from in France ( par meaning Like in french so the city Paris Means like ys)which is where he ultimately died, almost haunting how he referred to Paris and passed away there the same year
