James was killed at Caberboard shortly afterwards. Something I'll never forget. RIP

This young man was killed only weeks after this video was filmed in a tragic but preventable accident. The management & safety officers at Caberboard (later norbord) at that time should have faced criminal charges as the safety issue had been pointed out to them many many times yet no action was taken until this young lad was killed.
