There's no way Ticket is saying Mutombo is the better defender because he averages more blocks lmao. Blocks doesn't equate to defense, otherwise Miles Turner would be an elite defender. Rodman is a better perimeter defender by FAR, better help defender, he's switchable, he's arguably a better post defender. The only aspect of defense Dikembe is better at is blocking shots.
