Professional approach taken. If the response is negative after September 9, all universities rise up and fight on behalf of 8 million plus people of PNG and bring back PNG from economic crisis.

Well prepared and presented by the UPNG SRC leaders. Portraiting great leadership qualities. As for the petition itself, I believe it should have included Health Care Issues and the demand of job opportunities as there are many unemployed newly graduates. As for the MP, he is a hypocrite and a corrupt leader.

Professionally done. Thank you PM for attending. Thank you students for speaking for the nation. This is much more better than doing protest that disrupt peace

Good. Now prepare the next move when the petition fails. Of the four points raised expect the same results your MPs receive when they ask the same questions in parliament.

Thank you UPNG for been our voice. Even though we are 49 years of Independence our country has been mismanaged by you our Leaders. Our country is so rich in natural resources yet we are so poor because services all over the country have failed drastically. Do you know that our Nurses in many Health Centres use head torch's to deliver babies? Lack of clinical drugs make out people suffer. Over crowded classrooms, students sit on the floor to do their lessons,no teachers houses and the list goes on. This goes to show what kind of leaders we have. Greed and corruption taken over this nation. Sorry state of affairs in PNG

SRC president well done young man. I hope other Universities leaders were consulted prior to putting forward the petition. A collective ideas and petition would be much more effective...

Well done UPNG SRC! Good for SRC to emphasis about HECAS sponsorship! However, if petition included job creation would be good! We have graduates looking for jobs! Minimum labour law is another issue that need to be tabled for a review! Urban migration, DSIP/PSIP fund management etc etc…My opinion, UPNG SRC would have done better! Otherwise, well done for addressing the issues in a professional manner!

As a Democratic Nation, we have the Democratic Rights that are enshrined in the Constitution of the Country., which are being deliberately deprived by the Poloticians. With the four piont petition I hope appropriate measures be taken to put PNG back on its Feet. Keep up the good work UPNG SRC members for installation of sense into the PNG polotics🇵🇬🇵🇬🇵🇬🇵🇬🇵🇬🇵🇬🇵🇬🇵🇬🇵🇬🇵🇬🇵🇬🇵🇬🇵🇬🇵🇬🇵🇬🇵🇬

This won't make any difference. Nationwide cooperation is needed to raise these issues. Why not we raise and demand the government for answers in a Nationwide protest. Why is everyone silent while some unemployed university students protesting and petitioning the government. SHAME

CUT THE CRAP PM - PAY UP THE FEES OF THE STUDENTS & UNIVERSITIES. THAT'S THE IMMEDIATE OR HIGH PRIORITY ITEM THAT SHOULD BE ACTIONED - YESTERDAY. TAKE IT FROM CONNECT PNG AND INVEST IN OUR HUMAN CAPITAL NOW, OR YESTERDAY NOT 2MORROW. SELECTIVELY SUSPEND THE CONNECT PNG PROGRAM & REPRIOTIZE. TO PAY THE UNIVERSITIES AND STUDENTS FEES.
I guess the responses he will be giving will not relate to the petition given. This is how I saw during the previous parliament sessions held. When he was questioned by members of parliament, he usually bit around the bush, so his responses towards the petition will still be out of track.😢🥹
