The point was that Allie was choosing between 2 good guys instead of between a shit one and a good one, otherwise her choice is too easy....it adds weight that she chose Noah as they were both decent people and she would have been happy with either of them.

One of my favourite underrated celebs, he was always sort of there, but no one pays attention to. So glad he is getting press for this with Carrey 😊 He was so HAWT in X-men. Cyclops 😋. Also I love that he wasn’t a stereotypical bad guy in the Notebook. Was refreshing. Almost felt bad for him, at the end scene when he let her go.

I actually liked his character in the Notebook, but Allie and Noah were meant to be together. Her choice was supposed to be difficult it added more depth to the love story of Allie and Noah. I love James Marsden not only is he handsome as they come, but he also seems like a genuine nice guy. My favorite character he played was actually Kevin Doyle in 27 dresses.

Listen Noah Calhun has my HEART, but Allie did Lonn dirty!! He still wanted to fight for her even knowing she cheated... he's a stellar guy honestly.
