I live in the Czech Republic and have done for 13 years now and where I live, in a village of a population of about 1000 people, we have a bee keeper and the honey they make is phenomenal, twice a year we buy two different types, spring, summer and for me the best if from the Autumn and is darker and richer in flavour. Another bee keeper from the village next door, his bee's produced honey from a tree they had been feeding from, it is white and you can see the crystalised sugars in it. Country life is the best you can get with being in close contact with nature.
