Great episode! Frank all but eviscerates the suspect/killer when he walks into the room. He didn't have to do anything but talk to the guy and stay calm through the whole thing. Most cops/detectives have a favorite technique they like to use when they interrogate someone and you can definitely tell Frank's skill in a room.
