Do we condemn people who threaten suicide unless they follow through with it now? I get your point on his credibility, but the implication is "if you're gonna mention suicide you better do it."

He is a liar, a grifter, a thief and an exploiter, who uses the threat or implication of self harm as a weapon He obviously didn’t do it, which is why he’s doing business as usual under an alt account and the fact that he has pulled this trick twice says much about him.

I get the sick feeling that he gets off on all this attention. Probably reads every tweet and watches every video that mentions him. It’s disturbing that he was so adamant in his apology videos that he wouldn’t throw his co-writer under the bus just to be exposed for doing just that on an alt account.

He plagiarised something I wrote a decade ago but there is clearly something wrong with everything from fake death threats to his needs to defend himself on the Internet and then he made a TikTok account

I would assume the real reason he was banned was for stealing other guys’ pics.

Actually there’s another thing in common with Chris Chan and his mother and James, especially recently: both ran Patreon accounts to beg for money but were very irresponsible with their funds and as a result became financially unstable. Even to a point begging people to buy stuff they want to sell or declutter.

KZbin needs an account similarity feature. Where not that you’ll get connected but if you click on a channel it shows channels this person’s account is likely connected to. Then we won’t have deep fakes and other stuff because KZbin has people’s bank accounts. Those who are making any ad revenue at least.

Chris Chan was never respected and was always an internet lolcow, but as much as we like to think otherwise now, James was genuinely respected at one point and has had one of the biggest falls from grace I think I have ever seen from an internet content creator.

I haven't watched this video b/c the comparison/title isn't enticing me at all but the dude faked his death to prompt backlash against the people that criticized him, and to do that he took credit away from people who actually struggle with suicidality, all the while he was horny posting on an alt account. Frankly he has now used up his one 'glad he's not dead' token on this and he won't be getting another one. If you cynically manipulate concern for your welfare via faking your own death, it's only then fair if people retract that concern gratuitously extended to you all together.
