honestly, james needs to drop harry altogether. harry is problematic and james is too good for him, always cleaning up after harry's mess. they're not good for each other in the long run.

Plus James (McQueen) 😉 deserves better which is why I just hope that John Paul and his Son Matthew will will come back to the show and get back together with James (McQueen) or hopefully Kyle will apologize about what he did to him with Sami and he'll take him back!

@@ChelseyLinden Completely genius Chelsey. Getting John Paul back is fantastic idea. Tell me if this is right. James has a feud with Ste, Ste angry after James paid Harry for sex before . James manipulated Scott, James then slept with John Paul. My assumption now, Harry and James deserve eachother. Both manipulate, lie to get what they want, so are bad together but they are alike. Bringing John Paul back would upset everyone, so there is so much scope for how the others react to him being back. As much as I like Scott, he and Levi are a no go. Hollyoaks has a habit of this, making wrong matches. Think John Paul coming back may get him and Scott back together. He coukd also help to sort out Mercedes as well.

Oh, dear! James and Sami are as rubbish lawyers as each other. Sami is wrong to claim Harry`s case is straight forward, since the fact the police believe they both can tie Harry`s car - thanks to Grace taking it`s reg number - and Harry himself - because Harry left his phone inside the car - to the crime scene. And when on top of that Harry didn`t report the car stolen until AFTER Grace had been run down, that forms a chain of circumstantial evidence which is pretty solid and hard to break, and anchored to one person - and one person only - Harry. Unless that chain of circumstantial evidence is challenged - and challenged convincingly - Harry most likely would have been convicted of the hit and run, cause the chain of evidence the police have against Harry exceeds most cases of this kind, unless the accused confesses. Usually the police is only able to link a car to an incident. Because of Harry`s phone, Harry himself can convincingly be claimed to have been in the car at the time of the incident, and his claim he had left his phone in the car, just to be an attempt at getting away with the hit and run, same way as the fact he reported the car stolen AFTER Grace was run down could be interpreted as. So on the surface this doesn`t look good for Harry at all. But I wonder how long it will be before James realizes that he doesn`t have to prove Harry`s innocence, just to weaken the prosecutions case enough to establish reasonable doubt. And if Harry took the bus to see Sadie, as he told Breda he would, there should be CCTV footage of him on the bus, and where he went off the bus. If James - or even Sami - discovered that footage, and presented it in court, that would significantly suggest the investigation by the police was flawed, since they hadn`t discovered that fact - and as a result the prosecutions case would be significantly weakened. Not the least, because if it could be proven Harry had been on the bus, he could not at the same time have been in the car, since his phone left inside the car would have connected itself to mobile phone base stations at times when the CCTV footage proved Harry himself on he bus hadn`t reached that area yet. This because Mercedes and Liam both left Hollyoaks village earlier than Harry, drove faster, than the bus didn`t have to stop to take on and let off passengers - and probably also took a route that was shorter than the one the bus was forced to make. As a consequence Harry`s phone likely would have been further and further ahead of him, the longer the journey lasted, until Harry climbed off the bus. Proving he couldn`t have been driving the car himself, and therefore would have been proved truthful when he claimed to have left his phone in the car, which again would increase the credibility of his claim the car had been taken without his permission. Together with what Harry told Breda: that his car had been taken, and he had to hurry to catch the bus, the police`s version of events - that Harry first had ran down Grace, only to report the car stolen afterwards to cover his tracks - would seem less likely, since Breda could testify that the car had been stolen prior to Grace being run down. And since Harry neither had a motive to want Grace dead, and since also driving through a long line of road blocks would be an odd choice if the intent was to run someone over deliberately. The fact Harry told Breda about the car being stolen would appear more credible as evidence that the car in fact had been stolen, than an attempt to establish some kind of false alibi in a plot where Harry had planned to intentionally run down Grace. It would seem far more likely the car had been taken by someone unknown to Harry, and who did not have his consent to take the car. Most likely someone in the Hollyoaks village, otherwise it is unlikely the car would have been brought back to where it was stolen from, since strangers likely would have attracted attention - whether leaving by bus, taxi or a car not belonging to the area. And also would be more likely of leaving it wherever they were going, than take it back to Hollyoaks village damaged from a hit and run. Had James had any skills as a lawyer whatsoever, he should have realized all this weeks ago, and Harry should have been checked out of the case sooner that swift.
